Enabling Cookies

Internet Explorer 6.x

Follow the steps below to enable the cookies

  1. Click on the Tools-menu in Internet Explorer.
  2. Click on the Internet Options item in the menu - a new window opens.
  3. Click on the Privacy tab near the top of the window. (See image below)
  4. Move the slider (See image) so that is on one of the levels below Medium High (including Medium, Low, and Accept All Cookies)
  5. Save changes by clicking Ok and go to one of the configuration pages again.

Accept cookies from a specific server only

  1. From Internet Explorer's Tool drop-down menu, choose Internet Options.
  2. Click on Privacy and in the section under "Web Sites", click on Edit. This will bring up the "Per Site Privacy Actions" window where you can override the cookie/privacy session for a specific site.
  3. Enter the name of the website in the "Address of the Web site" text box.
  4. Select Allow. You may need to close and reopen your browser for this to take effect.

Deleting Cookies

If you still have hard time logging in after clear the cache, we recommned you to delete cookies of your computer.

Once you delete cookies of your computer, all your acccess records for the websites before will be deleted.

How to delete cookie files:

  1. Open Internet Explorer and click on the "Tools" menu.
  2. In the "Tools" menu, click on "Internet Options".
  3. The Internet Options pop-up window appears.
  4. Under the General Tab select the "Delete Cookies" button.
  5. Delete cookies by clicking "OK".

Optional:

Select the "Delete Files" button to clear the Internet cache. Make sure to check the box to "Delete all offline content". Delete temporary Internet file history data by selecting "Clear History".
