1. I forgot my username and password. What should I do?
Please use the password retrieval form. Please enter your E-mail address you registered with during your initial registration. We will send your username and password by E-mail to you shortly.

If you do not receive the password reminder E-mail, please contact our customer support center by using our online Inquiry Form.
2. I have not received a sales confirmation email.
Please check in your SPAM mail folder first. You may also have entered an incorrect email address. We will check your account information. Please submit a request using our online Inquiry Form. In the <Request category and type> area, be sure to select "Sign Up" and "no confirmation email received" from the drop down menu.

Please include:
1) Last 4 digits of your registered credit card
2) Credit Card holder's name
3) Transaction Date
3. How do I change my currently registered credit card to a new one?
We are sorry, but we are unable to change your credit card registration. You will need to cancel your services. Once your password is disabled, you will then be able to reregister with your new credit card. Remember that you must not use your old username for the new registration, so please register using a different username.
4. How do I change my email address?
We will change your email address for you. Please submit a request using our online Inquiry Form. In the <Request category and type> area, be sure to select "Registration Information" and "change registered email address" from the drop down menu.

Please include:
1) Old email address
2) New email address
3) Name of the site
4) Username/Password or last 4 digits of your registered credit card"
5. No confirmation screen is displayed when I submit my credit card information for a purchase. The page seems to not respond.
Occasionally, a glitch may occur with the purchase submission page. The purchase information may have been received, but the confimation page may not have shown. If this is the case, please do not try to register again. Our customer support center will check your registration status. Please submit a request using our online Inquiry Form, and include:
1) Last 4 digits of your registered credit card
2) Credit Card holder's name
3) Transaction Date
6. How secure is it to provide personal and credit card information over the Internet?
The credit card information passes through a transaction process called digital ID developed by Verisign USA, and is used as a standard for internet commerce. Your transactions are completely safe. No third parties will be able to steal or intercept this encrypted data. You, as a customer, are inputting your personal credit card information directly, which means no other parties are involved with that transaction. Furthermore, your personal email address, credit card numbers, and any other confidential information are kept perfectly secure. The registered information will never be sold to any outside source or provided to a third party.
