How do I change my currently registered credit card to a new card?
No confirmation screen is displayed when I submit information for credit card registration. It seems like the page is hanging.
How secure is it to provide personal and credit card information over the Internet?

You may have entered an incorrect email address. We will resend a registration confirmation email and correct your email address registration. Please submit a request using our Trouble Ticketing System. In the problem area, be sure to select “join registration confirmation” from the drop down menu. Please include:

1) username(if known)
2) password(if known)
3) correct email address
4) credit card name

How do I change my email address?

We will reregister your email address. Please submit a request using our Trouble Ticketing System. In the problem area, be sure to select “change registered email ” from the drop down menu. Please include:

1) Old email address
2) New email address


How do I change my currently registered credit card to a new card?

Sorry, we are unable to change your credit card registration. You will need to cancel your services. After which, your password will be ineffective. When this is complete, you will be able to register once again. Remember that you must not use your old username for the new registration, so please register using a different username.

Occasionally there is an error with the registration submittal page. The registration information may have been received, but a confirmation page is not shown. How secure is it to provide personal and credit card information over the Internet?

The credit card information passes through a transaction process called digital ID developed by Verisign USA, and is used as a standard for international commerce. Your transactions are completely safe. No third-parties will be able to steal or intercept this encrypted data. You, as a customer, are imputing your personal credit card information directly, which means no other parties are involved with that transaction. Furthermore, your personal email address, credit card numbers, and any other confidential information are kept perfectly secure. The registered information will never be sold to any outside source or provided to another company.
