Please use the username and password retrieval form. Enter the email address you signed up with. We will send your username and password to that email address.

I have not received any goods that I ordered.

Please submit a trouble ticket through our TTS system with your order number. If you don't have the information, please contact customer service center and have the credit card number that was billed available.


What do User Name and User ID refer to?

Although the words are slightly different, their meanings are the same. It is the name or code used when registered users login. The purpose is to prevent other users from logging in using someone else's account.
