2. Do I have to pay a monthly fee? Or, are there any one-time or automated charges involved?
Video chat sites use a one-time charge system which transactions occur only when a purchase is made. As long as you do not purchase any additional points, no charges will be made.
3. What payment options do you offer?
We only accept on-line transactions by major credit card companies such as Visa / Master Card / JCB / Diners Club and debit cards which have any of these logos.
4. Do you accept payment by bank wire transfers?
We are sorry, but currently we do not accept bank wire transfers.
5. Is there any expiration date on the purchased points?
The expiration on the purchased points depends on the site. Please check the FAQ page on the site which you purchased.
6. I want to cancel but I cannot find the cancellation form.
Video chat sites use a one-time charge system which transactions occur only when a purchase is made. Therefore, a cancellation process is not necessary and a cancellation form does not exist. However, if you would like to terminate your account, we can change your account status. Please submit a request using our online Inquiry Form.
