Your web browser must be set to 128-bit encryption. If you are using Internet Explorer for Windows, follow these steps to check settings: Open Internet Explorer Go to Menu bar and click [help] ? Select [About Internet Explorer]. If Cipher Strength is below 128-bit, please download the 128-bit encryption Internet Explorer from the Microsoft web site. After completing download, please check Internet Explorer Cipher Strength so that it is set to 128-bit.
7. An error message "Sorry, entry error. Please check the inputted value." occurs when I click the submit button for card billing and I am unable to register.
You might have entered the wrong credit card number. Check your credit card number carefully and please try again. Also, credit cards are sometimes declined because the customer's information doesn't match what the credit card company has on file. This is often the result of a simple typographical error and the card may be declined if the amount being charged exceeds the credit limit. For your credit card status and for more specific details, you need to contact your credit card company directly.
8. What are "one-time charges" and "auto-charges"?
A one-time charge is billed at the time of registration. The length of service will be valid until the end of your contract. When the contract period expires, your services will be terminated and no longer effective. You will only be billed ONCE. An auto-charge, also known as a recurring charge, is a charge billed for a service fee that will be automatically charged to your credit card each contract service period. So please read and agree to these Terms and Conditions stated in each site carefully before you register.
