1. How do I cancel my subscription?
Please go to the specific site where you purchased your subscription. Use the CANCELLATION FORM located in the initial registration area in order to cancel your subscription. After completing the form and submitting your cancellation request successfully, DTI SERVICES will send an E-mail notification stating that your subscription has been terminated.
2. I cannot find the cancellation form.
Please contact your site Webmaster, and ask for the location of the cancellation form.
3. A cancellation error occurs when I enter my registered information.
Be sure to enter the correct, original username, password and email address which you used at the time of registration. Please double check. If you are still having difficulty, please submit a request using our online Inquiry Form. In the <Request category and type> area, be sure to select "Cancellation" and "cancellation error" from the drop down menu.

3) Email address
4) Name of the site
