First
of all, check to see if you have the correct, original username and password.
Second , be sure to enter the uppercase and lowercase correctly and do not enter
any blank spaces. Also, an authorization error might occur if you are accessing
from a proxy server. Your Internet Service Provider (ISP) might set up proxy,
so please check. |

Why am I getting an authorization error even though I have not cancelled my automated

Your
credit card expiration date may have expired or your credit limit may have exceeded
the authorized amount allowed. If this occurs, your automated recurring charges
will not process properly. We can look into that problem for you. Please submit
a request using our Trouble Ticketing System. In the problem area, be sure to
select “login error” from the drop down menu.
